Product introduction:
1. Working principle: The cable bending test machine simulates the working conditions of the towline cable and completes the softness test and fatigue life test of the cable through continuous reciprocating motion.
2. Scope of application: The cable bending tester is suitable for testing the winding resistance and bending times of drag chain cables, drag chains, other flexible cables, power cords, enameled wires, and cable insulation sheaths.
3. Application of the cable bending tester: This machine is used to make destructive tests by mechanically repeated back and forth movement to detect the bending times of the towline or towline cable, and complete the flexure and softness test of the towline or towline cable. After the test, After the number of times, check the degree of damage, cracks, cracks and conductor strand breakage of the wire and cable, and detect the following faults in the test and stop the machine: 1) Conductor break 2) Short circuit between the conductor and the shielding layer.
