The microcomputer-controlled universal testing machine can perform mechanical property tests on a wide range of materials, including plastics, rubber, wires and cables, zippers, textiles, and footwear materials, supporting tests such as tensile, tear, and peel. It employs computer‑based control, data acquisition, analysis, and processing to generate stress–strain, force–time, and strength–time curves, with the capability to print test reports. The machine utilizes a servo motor driving a reduction gear to move the test table via a high‑precision ball screw, enabling travel speeds from 0.001 to 500 mm/min. It is equipped with a mainstream commercial-grade computer as the control unit, allowing for the setting of test parameters, monitoring of operating conditions, data acquisition, processing and analysis, and the display and printing of test results.
This machine is designed for conducting insertion‑extraction life‑cycle tests on various connectors and features continuous insertion‑extraction functionality. It allows users to set the number of cycles arbitrarily, automatically stopping once the preset count is reached. Equipped with a miniature printer, it can output printouts of up to 10 sets of stored force‑value data.
