This instrument is suitable for testing the tracking and erosion resistance of electrical and electronic products, household appliances, and their materials. It simulates, under power-frequency conditions (48 Hz to 62 Hz), the effects of liquid contaminants on inclined test specimens, enabling the assessment—through measurement of tracking and erosion—of the tracking and erosion resistance rating of electrical insulating materials used in harsh environmental conditions. This equipment is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 6553-2003 and IEC 60587-1984.
The TH8014+ vertical and horizontal flame‑testing apparatus is suitable for evaluating the flame‑resistance of various organic materials, including wire and cable insulation and jacketing, printed circuit board substrates, and IC insulators. During testing, the specimen is positioned at the tip of a flame source, exposed to flame for 15 seconds, then allowed to cool for 15 seconds; this cycle is repeated five times, after which the extent of burning is assessed. The device allows users to set the flame‑exposure and cooling durations as well as the number of cycles, and it operates automatically. It is ideal for straightforward factory‑level compliance testing in accordance with UL 1581, UL 13, UL 444, UL 1655 (VW‑1), and CSA FT‑1 standards.
The carton compression testing machine is the most direct instrument for evaluating the compressive strength of cartons and other packaging containers. It is used to determine a carton’s resistance to crushing and can also perform sustained‑load stacking tests. The test results serve as an important reference for setting the maximum stacking height of finished packages in the factory and as a key basis for designing packaging cartons.
The simulated product undergoes free‑fall testing on its surfaces, edges, and corners after packaging to assess damage caused by drops and to evaluate its impact resistance during handling. This instrument is designed in accordance with the test standards GB/T 4857.5–92, ISO 2048:1985, and JIS 20202–81.
The vertical flame‑spread test for single‑core wires and cables is a safety‑performance test specified in standards such as GB/T 18380.1, IEC 60332‑1, and GB/T 5169, which simulates the combustion behavior of individual wires and cables. This model is equipped with a ventilation hood to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test.
The TH8056 needle‑flame tester employs a needle‑shaped burner of specified dimensions (Φ0.9 mm), supplied with a designated fuel gas (butane), to apply a controlled flame to the test specimen at a 45° angle for a set duration. The test evaluates the ignition hazard posed by small flames generated under fault conditions within equipment, based on whether the specimen ignites, the duration of sustained combustion, and the length of the burning path. The needle‑flame test is a standardized procedure—specified in IEC 60695‑11‑5, GB/T 5169.5‑2008, and GB 4706.1‑2005—that uses a small flame as an ignition source to simulate potential fire hazards. It is applicable to research, production, and quality‑control departments for electrical and electronic equipment—including lighting devices, low‑voltage apparatus, household appliances, machine‑tool electrical components, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical measuring instruments, electrical connectors, and related accessories—as well as to industries dealing with insulating materials, engineering plastics, and other solid combustible materials.
