The TH8009 copper wire elongation testing machine is suitable for determining the elongation of metallic wires such as copper, aluminum, iron, and aluminum–magnesium alloy. This instrument employs an integrated circuit processor and process control to automatically display elongation as a percentage. Elongation measurement utilizes laser‑based sensing technology, offering high accuracy with a full‑range error of ±0.3%. It complies with UL, CSA, GB, ASTM, VDE, and IEC test standards.
Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 2951.32 “Thermal Stability Test for Insulation and Sheathing,” it complies with the UL 758, UL 1581, UL 62, ASTM, GB 1690, and IEC 811 test standards. It is suitable for testing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound insulation and sheathing in wire and cable applications.
This testing machine complies with the ISO 6722, QC/T 730, JB/T 8139, JASO D611, DIN 72551, and VW 60306 test standards. It is designed to scrape and abrade the insulation surface of automotive wires by reciprocating along the specimen’s longitudinal axis; the test automatically stops when the scraping needle penetrates the insulation and makes contact with the conductor.
The TH8019 Yellowing Resistance Tester simulates the ultraviolet radiation and heat of sunlight. Samples are exposed to UV irradiation and elevated temperatures within the chamber, and after a specified period, their degree of aging is assessed, accurately replicating the damage caused by sunlight on materials. It can also serve as an aging test chamber or a drying oven, offering multi‑purpose functionality in a single device.
