This testing machine is used to assess the degree of damage to flexible rubber‑insulated and sheathed cables after a specified number of bending cycles under load. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60227‑2, IEC 245‑2, VDE 0472, GB 5023.2, IEC 60245‑2 (ed. 2) 1994+A1:1997, GB 5023.2 and GB 5013.2, as well as UL 1581 standards.

The TH8016 wire heating deformation testing machine is suitable for measuring the degree of deformation in leather, plastics, rubber, and fabrics, both before and after heating. This instrument is designed in compliance with the test standards JIS C-3005, UL 1581, UL 758, ASTM D2436, CNS 3556, and 742. It is used to assess the thermal deformation of materials such as plastics and wire insulation. At a specified temperature, the specimen is allowed to rest freely inside the testing machine for 30 minutes, then clamped between the parallel plates of the device, subjected to a prescribed load, and maintained at the same temperature for another 30 minutes. The thickness difference between the heated and unheated states is measured using a dial indicator; this difference, divided by the original thickness prior to heating and expressed as a percentage, yields the deformation rate.
