This testing machine complies with the ISO 6722, QC/T 730, JB/T 8139, JASO D611, DIN 72551, and VW 60306 test standards. It is designed to scrape and abrade the insulation surface of automotive wires by reciprocating along the specimen’s longitudinal axis; the test automatically stops when the scraping needle penetrates the insulation and makes contact with the conductor.

Product Description
This testing machine complies with the ISO 6722, QC/T 730, JB/T 8139, JASO D611, DIN 72551, and VW 60306 test standards. It is designed to scrape and abrade the insulation surface of automotive wires by reciprocating along the specimen’s longitudinal axis; the test automatically stops when the scraping needle penetrates the insulation and makes contact with the conductor.

1. Scraper stroke: 10–20 mm
2. Scraping and grinding length: 15.5 mm
3. Scraping and grinding speed: 50–60 strokes per minute (one stroke is defined as a single forward-and-backward movement).
4. Applied forces for scraping and grinding (with weights provided): one each of 500 g, 700 g, and 1000 g.
5. Scraping and grinding count: arbitrarily set from 1 to 99,999 cycles
6. Motor: 1/2 HP Taiwanese motor
7. Transmission mechanism: ball guide rails
8. Control Section: Comprises counting, start, stop, speed regulation, and power switch functions.
9. The control box is finished with electrostatic powder coating.
