PingxiangTH8014-1 UL94 Combustion Tester (0.1 cubic meter)

Category:

PingxiangUL94 Horizontal and Vertical Flame Test Apparatus

Product Description

The UL94 vertical flame‑test method primarily follows standards such as UL 94, IEC 60695, and GB/T 5169. It employs a Bunsen burner of specified dimensions and a designated fuel source—methane or natural gas—and applies the flame at a prescribed height and angle to vertically oriented test specimens for a set number of exposures. The material’s flammability and ignition hazard are assessed based on factors such as the duration of ignition and flaming combustion, as well as the length of the burning trail. The vertical flame‑test apparatus is chiefly used to classify the flammability of materials in the V‑0, V‑1, and V‑2 categories. It is suitable for research, production, and quality‑control departments involved with electrical and electronic products—including lighting equipment, low‑voltage appliances, household appliances, machine‑tool electrical devices, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical meters, and electrical connectors and accessories—as well as for industries dealing with insulating materials, engineering plastics, or other solid combustible materials.
