PutianRain Test Chamber

Product Description

Exposure to rain significantly affects product aging, pigment fading, and metal corrosion; accordingly, waterproofing tests are receiving increasing attention across industries such as rubber, plastics, chemicals, automotive, and textiles. Environmental factors are numerous—temperature, humidity, rainfall, and more—and this waterproofing test apparatus is designed to simulate rain‑exposure conditions in environmental testing.
This product is designed to evaluate whether the enclosures and seals of electrical equipment can maintain proper performance under rain‑exposure conditions. Featuring a scientifically engineered design, it realistically simulates spray‑water environments. Utilizing digital and variable‑frequency control technologies, it enables automatic adjustment of rainfall intensity, the rotation angle of the test specimen holder, the oscillation angle of the spray‑arm, and the oscillation frequency of the spray nozzle.
Complies with standards: GB 2423.38-90, GB 4706.32-2004, IEC 5129.
