TH-IP34 Rotating Nozzle Rain Test Apparatus

Product Description

Equipment Application: This product is designed to evaluate whether electrical equipment, along with its enclosure and sealing, can maintain reliable performance under rain‑exposure conditions. Our products feature a scientifically engineered design that realistically simulates various environmental scenarios, including dripping, spraying, splashing, and misting. Equipped with a comprehensive control system and variable‑frequency drive technology, the device allows for automatic adjustment of the rainfall intensity, the rotation angle of the test specimen holder, the oscillation angle of the spray arm, and the oscillation frequency of the water‑spraying rate.

Main Technical Parameters : Compliant with IPX3 and IPX4 standards
A. Application:
This product is suitable for evaluating whether the enclosure and seals of electrical equipment can ensure the proper functioning of the device and its components under rain‑exposure conditions.
A high-performance test. This product features a scientifically engineered design that enables the equipment to realistically simulate a water-spraying environment. Utilizing digital and variable-frequency control technologies, it allows for automatic adjustment of rainfall intensity, the rotational angle of the specimen rack, the oscillation angle of the spray arm, and the oscillation frequency of the spray nozzle.
B. Compliance with Standards: GB 2423.38-90, GB 4706.32-2004, IEC 529
C. Main specifications;
1. Recommended footprint dimensions (mm): Width 2,800 × Height 2,800 × Length 4,000 (the most ideal solution is to use glass to partition off a small room); (provided by the customer)
2. Test rig: diameter Φ500 mm, rotational speed approximately 1 rpm, with adjustable height;
3. Spray‑water ring radius (mm): 0.8 m, removable (used for the Type A test method in Level 3 and Level 4 waterproofing tests);
