Technical Specifications
1. Control method: 7-inch color LCD touchscreen + stepper motor control
2. Test stations: 4 test groups, with independent control over the angle and speed of each group.
Group 1 is used for the vertical torsion test of the product.
Three groups were used for the left–right rocking test of the product.
3. Test speed: 10–60 cycles/min, presettable; digitally displayed speed.
4. Bending angle: 10–360°, presettable; touch-screen CNC control.
5. Counter: Presettable from 0 to 9,999,999; touch-screen CNC control.
6. Functions: Angle, speed, and number of repetitions can all be preset on the touch screen and displayed digitally.
7. Drive System: Controlled by a stepper motor, it delivers uniform and stable speed with high testing accuracy.
