The TH8056 needle flame tester uses a needle burner with a specified size (Φ0.9mm) and is supplied with a specific gas (butane) to ignite the test sample at a 45° angle. It depends on whether the test sample is ignited and The burning time and burning length are used to evaluate the fire hazard of small flames caused by fault conditions inside the equipment. Needle flame test is a simulation test project of IEC60695-11-5, GB/T5169.5-2008, GB4706.1-2005 and other standards stipulating the use of small flame ignition source program.
