Electronic universal materials testing machine
Product Description
This product is widely used for testing and analyzing the mechanical properties—such as tensile, compressive, and bending behavior—of both metallic and nonmetallic materials. When equipped with a broad range of specialized fixtures, it can also be employed to evaluate the mechanical performance of profiles and structural components. Moreover, it demonstrates significant application potential in testing materials like ropes, belts, wires, rubber, and plastics, where large deformations and high test speeds are required. The instrument can perform tests and generate data in accordance with international standards including GB, ISO, DIN, ASTM, and JIS, making it suitable for quality control, education and research, aerospace, iron and steel metallurgy, automotive, and construction‑related industries.
Technical specifications:
1. Maximum test force: 500 kg/1 t (or as per user’s choice)
2. Test force measurement range: 0.4%–100%
3. Test force indication accuracy: better than ±1% of the indicated value.
4. Test force resolution: 1/300,000 (full-scale, without range switching, or equivalent to 7 ranges)
5. Test speed range: continuously variable speed from 0.01 to 500 mm/min
6. Speed control accuracy: ±1% (0.01–10 mm/min); ±0.5% (10–500 mm/min)
7. Displacement measurement accuracy: within ±0.5% of the indicated value;
8. Test bench lifting mechanism: offers both fast and slow speed control and supports jog operation.
9. Test bench safety devices: electronic limit protection;
10. Test‑stage return: Manually, the system can return to the initial test position at maximum speed.
It can automatically return after the test is completed.
11. Overload Protection: Automatically activates when the load exceeds 10% of the maximum capacity.
12. Servo motor: Single-phase 220V ±10%, 0.4 kW
13. Host dimensions: 600×480×1720 mm;
14. Host weight: approximately 115 kg.
Host:
1. The machine tool adopts a high-rigidity gantry frame structure, offering high strength and minimal deformation.
2. The transmission system employs an arc-tooth synchronous belt drive, ensuring backlash-free operation in both directions during transmission.
3. The fixture is specially designed for secure clamping, convenient operation, and eliminates jaw slippage.
4. Special manufacturing processes ensure the coaxial alignment of the testing machine, effectively eliminating the influence of irregular specimens on the sensor.
System Configuration:
1. Testing machine main unit (double-column), 1 unit
2. Tensile fixture, one set
3. Elongation clamp fixture, one set
4. One Lenovo commercial‑grade test computer and monitor
5. One set of dedicated measurement software.
