Product Description
The TH8088 constant‑temperature ball compression test apparatus is designed to evaluate the heat resistance of electrical enclosures, external components, and plastics made from insulating materials, complying with test standards including IEC 884‑1:2006, GB 2099.1‑2008, GB 4706.1‑2005, VDE 0620‑1:2005, and GB/T 5169.21‑2006. The device is placed in a temperature‑controlled chamber maintained at 125 ± 2°C; the spherical end of the apparatus presses against the test specimen. After a one‑hour test, the specimen is removed and immersed in cold water for 10 seconds, after which the depth of the indentation is measured. The diameter of the steel ball imprint shall not exceed 2 mm.
