TH8032 Wire Flexing Tester
Category:
Product Description
This testing machine is used to evaluate the degree of damage to flexible rubber‑insulated and sheathed cables after a specified number of bending cycles under load. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60227‑2, IEC 245‑2, VDE 0472, GB 5023.2, IEC 60245‑2 (ed. 2) 1994+A1:1997, GB 5023.2 and GB 5013.2, as well as UL 1581 standards.
Main features:
1. Test specimen types: two‑core single‑phase, three‑phase three‑wire, and three‑phase four‑wire.
2. Test modes: No-load, single-phase (two-wire), and three-phase (three-phase three-wire/three-phase four-wire) are all available for selection.
3. Method for determining test results:
A. Indicator light status: Phase O, R, S, and T are open-circuited, and the machine automatically shuts down.
B. Indicator light status: R/S, R/T, S/T, R/O, S/O, T/O—short circuit detected and automatic shutdown.
C. Indicator light status: O, R, S, and T are shorted to the pulley and the machine automatically shuts down.
Technical Specifications:
1. Flexural speed: 0.33 m/s for the second pulley, 0.1 m/s for the third pulley.
2. Flexural travel: ≥1 m
3. Test current: 0–35 A, with independent three-phase adjustment; the digital ammeter displays the current test value.
4. Test Voltage: The digital voltmeter displays the current test voltage value.
Two-conductor single-phase AC: 0.1–250 V (adjustable)
Three-core three-phase AC: 0.1–450 V (adjustable)
5. Drop hammers: two each of 0.5 kg, 1.0 kg, and 1.5 kg.
6. Pulley Structure: Two-pulley and three-pulley configurations, with easy replacement.
7. Pulley diameters: one set each of 80 mm, 120 mm, and 160 mm × 25 mm.
