TH8042B Wire Printing Abrasion Tester

This instrument fixes a wire approximately 300 mm in length, with the printed surface facing upward, to its worktable. A wear‑resistant block is then used to subject the printed surface to friction at a specified load, speed, and reciprocating stroke, thereby evaluating the print’s adhesion strength. It can also be used to assess the durability of printed markings on plastic surfaces. The device complies with UL, GB, IEC, and other relevant standards.

Product Description

This instrument secures a wire approximately 300 mm in length, with the printed surface facing upward, to its worktable. A wear‑resistant block is then subjected to a specified load, speed, and reciprocating stroke to rub against the printed surface, thereby evaluating the print’s adhesion strength. It can also be used to assess the durability of printed markings on plastic surfaces. The device complies with UL, GB, IEC, and other relevant standards.

Main parameters:
1. Test station: Single station
2. Friction speed: 10–40 C.P.M, continuously adjustable and with automatic counting.
3. Friction distance: 250 mm
4. Friction hammer load: 450 g ± 5 g
5. Friction hammer dimensions: 50×25 mm
6. Fleece specification: 1.2 ± 0.25 mm
7. Counter: Continuous counting from 1 to 9,999; the machine automatically stops upon reaching the set count.
