TH8032 Wire Flex Tester

This testing machine is used to detect the damage degree of rubber insulated and sheathed flexible cables after a certain number of bendings under the dynamic load. Designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC60227-2, IEC245-2, VDE0472, GB5023.2, IEC60245-2 (ed2) 1994+A1: 1997, GB5023.2 and GB5013.2, UL1581 standards.

Description

This testing machine is used to detect the damage degree of rubber insulated and sheathed flexible cables after a certain number of bendings under the dynamic load. Designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC60227-2, IEC245-2, VDE0472, GB5023.2, IEC60245-2 (ed2) 1994+A1: 1997, GB5023.2 and GB5013.2, UL1581 standards.

Main function:
1. Test sample type: two-core single-phase, three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire
2. Test method: no-load, single-phase (two-core), three-phase (three-phase three-wire/three-phase four-wire) can be selected at will
3. Judgment method of test result:
A. Indicator light indication: O, R, S, T phase disconnection and automatic shutdown
B. Indicator light indication: R/S, R/T, S/T, R/O, S/O, T/O short circuit and automatic shutdown
C. Indicator light indication: O, R, S, T and the pulley are short-circuited and stop automatically
Technical parameters:
1. Flexural speed: 0.33 m/s for two pulleys, 0.1m/s for three pulleys
2. Deflection stroke: ≥1M
3. Test current: 0～35A, three-phase independent adjustment, digital ammeter displays the current test current value
4. Test voltage: the digital voltmeter displays the current test voltage value
Two-core single-phase AC: 0.1～250V (adjustable)
Three-core three-phase AC: 0.1～450V (adjustable)
5. Heavy hammer: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5kg each of two
6. Pulley structure: two pulley and three pulley structure, easy to replace
7. Pulley diameter: one set for each of 80, 120, 160 × 25 mm.
