Description
Scope of application: It is suitable for the testing requirements of high flexible cables such as TUV, VDE, UL, etc. The machine structure is a vertical design structure. Mainly used for high flexibility and bending resistance flexible cables, flexible towline cables, flexible cables for robot manipulators, tow cables, moving cables, sensor/encoder cables, servo motor cables, with high flexibility, bending resistance, cyclic bending, continuous core, no deformation, etc. The cable undergoes repeated torsion and bending tests to detect the plastic deformation performance and defects of the metal wire in the repeated torsion test. It can be widely used in quality supervision industry, metal, industrial robot industry and cable and wire manufacturers; suitable for diameter metal wire, equipped with special fixtures, and can be used for repeated torsion tests of other specifications.
Meet the criteria:
1. China Robot Industry Alliance standards, etc. CRIA 0003 2-2016 "Industrial Robot Special Cable Part 2: Test Method" standard requirements;
2. Comply with TUV Rheinland 2PFG 2577/2.16 Appendix H standard requirements.

2. Test method: torsion-bend compound, the upper end of the sample is fixed to the bending jig, and the lower end is fixed to the rotating platform for testing;
