Scope of application: This equipment is suitable for testing highly flexible cables that meet TUV, VDE, UL, and other standards, featuring a vertical‑type machine design. It is primarily used to conduct repeated torsion and bending tests on high‑flexibility, bend‑resistant flexible cables, including drag chain cables, robotic arm cables, towline cables, mobile cables, sensor/encoder cables, and servo motor cables—cables characterized by exceptional flexibility, superior bend resistance, continuous core integrity under cyclic bending, and minimal deformation. These tests evaluate the ability of metallic conductors to withstand plastic deformation during repeated torsion and reveal any defects that may arise. The system finds broad application in quality‑control sectors, the metal industry, the industrial robotics field, and cable and wire manufacturers.
