UL Ventilation Type Aging Tester
Description
This ventilating aging tester is suitable for testing electrical wires, leathers, plastics, rubbers, cloths, changes in characteristics before and after heating. In order to maintain the fresh air in the box when the wires are heated, the special ventilation volume adjustment function is provided.
Technical features
The UL ventilation aging box of our company is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of UL related standards. The focus is on temperature uniformity, stability, heat preservation capacity, air exchange volume, heat lag time, heat exchange capacity, etc. There are special requirements; a lot of new air ducts, fans, electric heating methods, heat preservation materials, chassis structure, etc. The design can be measured by UL and CCIC.

1. Comply with American Society for Testing and Materials Standards "Forced Ventilation Laboratory Oven for Electrical Insulation" ASTM D5423-93 (R2005) (Type II oven) and ASTM D5374-93 (2005), ASTM D2436, UL1581 Section 420.9 (UL2556 Section) Section 4.2.3);
2. IEC 60216-4-1 (GB/T11026.4) electrical insulating materials. Heat resistance characteristics. Part 4-1: Aging oven. Single-chamber oven;
ISO4577, IEC60811-1-2 (GB/T2951.12), BS903, BS6746, JB7444, GB/T3512, CNS3556, CNS742, JIS7212, JIS7757, etc.
